If you’ve found your way to this page, I’m really glad you did.
Periods of feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or like you’re struggling to cope are not a sign that you’ve failed. Recovery is rarely a straight line, and difficult days, setbacks, and moments of crisis are a common part of the healing process. You deserve support through those moments just as much as you do during the easier ones.
Please note
I am not a mental health crisis service and I’m unable to provide emergency or out-of-hours support.
If you feel that you cannot keep yourself safe, or you need urgent help, please contact one of the services below rather than waiting to hear back from me.
If you’re an existing client and your situation is not urgent, you’re welcome to send me an email to let me know you’re struggling. I’ll respond as soon as I reasonably can during my working hours.
If you are in immediate danger
If you have acted on thoughts of harming yourself, believe you are at immediate risk, or someone else’s life is in immediate danger:
Call 999 (UK) and ask for an ambulance, or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
If you need urgent support
If you are struggling but are not in immediate danger, consider reaching out to someone you trust, such as a friend or family member.
You can also contact your GP and ask for an urgent appointment, or contact your local NHS Mental Health Crisis Team by calling 111 and asking to be connected.
