Books
I write about trauma, relationships and recovery, drawing on both my professional work and my own lived experience of healing from sexual PTSD and complex relational trauma.
My writing brings the messy reality of emotional healing into accessible, everyday language — usually with humour, questionable analogies and considerably more swearing than you’ll find in a textbook.
My first solo book, The Unfuckening: Recovering from Other People, is due for publication in December 2026. You can also find my contributions to two published anthologies below.

The Unfuckening™: Recovering from Other People
Coming December 2026
A colourful, funny and tender memoir about trauma, relationships and recovery — and what happens when understanding why you’re traumatised isn’t enough to make the trauma go away.
Drawing on my own recovery from sexual PTSD and complex relational trauma, The Unfuckening explores what healing actually looked and felt like once I stopped needing another map and started travelling through the territory.

Twenty-Eight: Stories from the Section 28 Generation
Contributing writer
A queer historical anthology bringing together the stories of people who grew up under Section 28, the UK law that shaped the childhoods and adolescence of a generation of LGBTQ+ people.
I contributed my own story alongside other queer writers and creatives, documenting what it was like to grow up in the shadow of a law that made our identities something schools were expected not to talk about.
